| Contest Rules for March 24th 2007 to April 30th 2007 | |
| It seems that everybody has to have a set of rules these days for some contest. So, here is our version
of the contest rules one agrees to when participating in our contest:
1. Participants must live in the continental United States and we will only ship the aprons to continental US mailing address. 2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. 3. Recipes must be submitted via the Cook of the Month recipe submission page. 4. Recipes must include an e-mail account. If we can't contact you, we can't ship you an apron if you win. 5. A submitted recipe for this contest must be one authored by the submitter and is not copyrighted. 6. A recipe must be oriented towards once-a-month cooking. Please do not submit recipes for things that do recipes that not freeze well, e.g., lettuce-based salads. Cook of the Month reserves the right to deem whether a recipe is suitable for once-a-month cooking. 7. Multiple entries are accepted and each recipe submission will result in a drawing entry. So, the more you submit, the better your chances! 8. By submitting one or more recipes to Cook of the Month, you grant Cook of the Month.com, its related sites, its owners and associated publications whether in electronic or print form, the right to publish submitted recipe free of charge and without consideration for current or future compensation. 9. Entries must be received by April 30, 2007 12:01 AM EST in order to be considered for the drawing. 10. Cook of the Month web site runs on servers and networks that are not totally under the control of its owners. Problems can occur and when one submits a recipe, and its possible that it may not be received. Therefore, we cannot guarentee system availablity and reliability during the contest. 11. Cook of the Month has the right to cancel, alter and modify the contest terms and conditions. 12. That's it... Only two aprons are available for this particular contest. |
